“Der perfekte Übungsparkour für alle, die begeistert die RTL Show Ninja Warrior Germany geschaut haben und selbst mal die Herausforderung annehmen möchten. Ab Frühjahr 2018 wird der Spidamonk um einen Fitness Gladiator erweitert. Also jetzt loslegen und Platz buchen.

Der Spidamonk ist der perfekte Übungs- und Trainingsparkour für Frauen und Männer von 9 – 49 Jahren. Aber auch ältere Teilnehmer, die ihre Fitness überprüfen wollen sind Herzlich Willkommen.

13 Hindernisse verschiedener Schwierigkeitsgrade bieten die perfekte Chance um mit dem Ninja Warrior Training zu beginnen. Die Hindernisse sind nur 3 Meter lang und bieten somit die optimale Challange. Unser System ist variabel. So stellt ihr euch immer wieder neuen Challenges und Übungs-Variationen. Der Parkour ist mit einer Schnitzelgrube unterlegt.”
