Hello fellow Ninjas, and welcome to NinjaWarriorX, where I’m sharing all Ninja Warrior training tips I learned myself or from the best Ninja Warriors out there!
My name is Niklas Weber, or “Dr. Nick“, 35-year-old engineer, scientist, hard-training Ninja Warrior, and enthusiastic boulderer.
The moment I saw the Ninja Warrior series for the first time, I was stoked and knew that I wanted to be a competitor.
Climbing has always been a passion of mine, starting with an age of 2 years, where I climbed from a diaper-changing table across the bookshelf onto a wardrobe. No street lamp and no tree were safe from me during my youth.
Even now as a grown-up I can’t resist when spotting an occasion. I guess that’s why friends often call me “little monkey”.
I train 6 times a week, including bouldering, fitness, parkour, and strength in general, as well as HIIT running, to get ready for the next season of Ninja Warrior Germany in 2019.
I analyze and document what and how the best Ninja Warriors are training and research relevant publications and all the information sources out there for getting better and stronger.
And you will learn everything I know or learned myself during my Ninja Warrior journey!
