“The LIVE Training Center is owned an operated by Dale Lively, accomplished Obstacle Course Racing winner, and is located in Palmetto Florida. Famous for being the training center for the American Ninja Warrior television show, it is also a place for Grand-moms and Moms, kids, Dads and Grand-dads. Coupled with Bootcamp style motivation are open gym sessions that allow everyone to go at their own pace.
