“Our mission is to provide a training experience for adults and children (6+) of any fitness level that is challenging, yet fun and unique.
Burns outdoor obstacle training is for those who desire a change from the traditional indoor fitness facilities. Our facility can help people achieve many goals such as weight loss, building muscular strength and cardio endurance, mastering obstacle technique or just gaining a combination of these goals in a fun atmosphere.
We currently have eighteen obstacles on the course plus our Ninja zone.”
