“Erster Ninja Warrior Parcours in der Schweiz – Königsdisziplin des funktionellen Trainings

Wer maximal hinauswill, einen grossen Funfaktor sowie eine sportartübergreifende Trainingsform, sprich funktionelles Training statt Training der einzelnen Muskeln an Kraftgeräten sucht, ist in unserem Ninja Warrior Parcours genau richtig.

Das Ninja Warrior Training beinhaltet komplexe Bewegungsabläufe, die immer mehrere Muskelgruppen gleichzeitig beanspruchen und ist somit die Königsdisziplin des funktionellen Trainings.

Im anspruchsvollen und abwechslungsreichen Parcours geht es um die sportliche Überwindung von Hindernissen. Hier sind Kraft, Mut, Ausdauer, Schnelligkeit, Geschicklichkeit, Biss, Konzentration und Körperbeherrschung gefragt und zwar gleichzeitig. Quasi nebenbei trainiert man den ganzen Körper. Polysportiver geht es kaum. Bei diesem Training kann man sich allein, in der Gruppe oder mit der Firma als Ninja beweisen.”
